Ex-Rye Small Batch Limited Edition This whisky has been double distilled, before maturation in ex-rye casks from Jack Daniels, and is one of only 2050 bottles at 50% abv.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Perfume of green apples, vanilla, honey, butterscotch and sweet seasonal winter spices.
Taste: Sweet spices with nutmeg, baked apples and citrus peel; some cinnamon spice, peppers and a hint of ginger.
Finish: A fleeting finish but sweet cereal notes linger.
