Cardiff Gold offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
These Terms of Service apply to all sales and orders placed with Cardiff Gold, whether made through our website, in person at our premises, or via telephone, email, text message, or any other form of communication.
By placing an order or instructing us to secure a price on your behalf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE AND GENERAL TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have obtained consent from a parent or guardian.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
Your content (excluding payment data) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.
SECTION 3 – CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order through our website, in person, by telephone, email, or text message, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed at the live price shown or quoted at that time.
A binding contract is formed between you and Cardiff Gold at the moment your order is submitted, confirmed verbally, or acknowledged by us (including by email, invoice, or order confirmation). This confirmation constitutes formal acceptance of your order.
Because precious metal prices fluctuate continuously, we immediately secure and hedge the underlying metal upon receiving your order to honour the price displayed or quoted.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, revoked, or treated as provisional once placed, regardless of whether payment has yet been made.
Orders placed verbally, by telephone, email, or text message are subject to the same binding, non-cancellable terms as online transactions.
Failure to complete payment in accordance with the order terms will constitute breach of contract, and we reserve the right to recover any resulting losses, including but not limited to market losses, hedging costs, administrative fees, and resale losses incurred in reliance on your order.
SECTION 4 – PRICE FLUCTUATION AND NON-CANCELLATION POLICY
The price of our products is dependent on the live market “spot” price of the relevant metal at the time your order is placed. This price fluctuates frequently and is outside of our control.
Due to these fluctuations, and our immediate commitment to purchase or hedge the metals ordered, we cannot accept cancellations on any orders once they have been placed.
You do not have any statutory rights to cancel your order for an investment product if you change your mind, whether under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Financial Services Regulations 2004, or otherwise.
In the event of non-payment, Cardiff Gold reserves the right to:
- Recover any losses or costs associated with the order (including resale losses, hedging costs, or market movements);
- Retain any deposit or prepayment made;
- Suspend or refuse further orders; and/or
- Pursue legal recovery of the outstanding balance and associated expenses.
SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 6 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. Quantities may be limited and are subject to our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
