A courier photo or location log is just as valid as a signature — no need to be in.

Why doesn't the driver treat it differently?

For your security, our packaging never reveals what's inside or its value — the courier can't tell your parcel apart from any other. It's a deliberate step to keep your order safe from targeted theft, so there's no special handling or mandatory signature based on value. It's normal, and it's on purpose.

Most questions are answered by your tracking link — but here's what happens if not.

Check your tracking link first
Your dispatch email contains a live tracking link — it usually explains any delay before you need to contact us.
When can an investigation start?
We're required to wait 14 working days from dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before a claim can be raised with the courier — this is a courier and insurer requirement.
What happens during an investigation?
It can take a few weeks. We may ask for a short written statement to support the claim, and a replacement or refund follows once the courier or insurer formally accepts it.
Is there a deadline to report it? Important
Yes — please tell us in writing within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation email. After that, we're unable to raise a claim or offer reimbursement.
