How do you take payment?
We use our monthly payment partner GoCardless. They set up a direct debit with your bank.
What product will I get?
If you are on the delivery service. You will receieve 1oz (31.1g) of .999 pure silver, in either a bar or coin.
If you are on the CGT Exempt & VAT free option your item will be placed in storage. This physical coin will be allocated to you. You can visit your allocation any time by contacting us.
When will I receive my product?
We will aim to dispatch your item within 7 days.
We use a Royal Mail Signed for service.
If you have selected our CGT Exempt & Vat Free option then your item will be placed in allocated storage for free for 3 years.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Just sign up again and again. If you get issues please contact us and we can assist you.
Is this Paper Silver?
No, all items are physical and allocated to you. You can request your items by paying postage.
