Delivery & Storage
We offer free insured delivery to the billing address of the card holder. We also provide the option to store your items with our sister company Cardiff Safe Deposit.
Delivery:
We can only deliver to your payment address. Any orders where these details do not match will be cancelled.
Free insured delivery with either Royal Mail, UPS or DHL. We aim to dispatch your order in 24-48hours depending on stock availability and order value. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number.
Please note: Royal Mail & DHL parcels are not classed as missing until 10 postage days after postage. Once this time passed they will investigate.
Storage:
Cardiff Gold have partnered with Cardiff Safe Deposit to offer customers a high security, insured, allocated storage solution. Our storage service includes free delivery to the vault, individually segregated and fully allocated & insured storage.
- No minimum or maximum holding.
- Minimum charge equivalent to £2.08 per month
- Sell to us or request physical delivery.
The high security vaults are located in Cardiff & Swansea.
When you buy from us, you are automatically eligible for free storage, the free storage term is outlined below.

We will invoice you once your free storage term is over. Our fees are based on your account’s insurance valuation, and the fee is charged annually and includes insurance & VAT.
