2. Payment
- You can pay by bank transfer or other methods listed on our Ways to Pay page.
- Some banks may delay or check large payments for security reasons. If this happens, contact us and we’ll help you complete the payment safely.
- Please ensure payment is made promptly; unpaid orders may be cancelled.
3. Delivery
- We deliver to the billing address provided, so please make sure it’s correct.
- Delivery times vary depending on stock. If an item is on backorder, we’ll let you know and provide an expected dispatch date.
- Once delivered, the item is your responsibility. We work with trusted couriers and provide tracking or proof of delivery.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Investment products like gold coins cannot be cancelled once purchased due to price fluctuations and immediate procurement.
