  • Some banks may delay or check large payments for security reasons. If this happens, contact us and we’ll help you complete the payment safely.
  • Please ensure payment is made promptly; unpaid orders may be cancelled.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver to the billing address provided, so please make sure it’s correct.
  • Delivery times vary depending on stock. If an item is on backorder, we’ll let you know and provide an expected dispatch date.
  • Once delivered, the item is your responsibility. We work with trusted couriers and provide tracking or proof of delivery.
