10/10/2025 Important Update on the Silver Market
Dear Customers,
In recent days, the global silver market has experienced an exceptional level of volatility due to a number of factors affecting supply and demand.
This has included:
-
Limited physical availability of silver, driven by strong industrial demand — particularly from the solar and electronics sectors.
-
Increased trading activity in futures and investment products, adding further pressure to the market.
-
Ongoing global economic uncertainty, which continues to influence silver’s role as both an industrial and investment metal.
As a result, short-term borrowing (lease) rates for silver have risen sharply, and many refineries and bullion suppliers are taking temporary steps to manage the situation responsibly.
During this period, our suppliers have confirmed that they will temporarily pause sale of silver
These actions are precautionary and intended to ensure the long-term stability of supply. We understand the importance of maintaining reliable access to physical silver, and we will continue to work closely with our suppliers to minimise any disruption.
We expect conditions to stabilise in the coming weeks as additional metal reaches London vaults and normal market activity resumes.
We appreciate your continued support and understanding during this unusual period, and we remain fully committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
Kind regards,
Dan Evans
